In the middle of negotiating the salesman would get up and leave,I'am 80 years old left there with no water, no answer of why leaving.When I got the car he turned it on and said this is Star (something) and wished me luck with the car and left.How anything (gauges,software) works I still dont know. This is a lease and God willing my next lease WON'T be a GM. P.S. to lease this car the deal took over four(4) hours.

Service was fine. The only issue is that I couldn't use my GM reward points, because I didn't have my membership number handy. I did show a postcard that was sent to me personally, with my rewards points printed clearly along with my name and address. In fact, I'm pretty sure my membership info should have been available on the dealership's computer system. What's the use of the rewards program if you can't use it?

Had an appointment for 8:30am for oil change and waited all day for a call back to go pick up my car but they didn’t. So end of the day I called to find out what was going on and they told me they couldn’t get to my car so they held it till the next day around 11am. First time at this location but Definitely worst service I had in years visiting other chevy dealers.

The parking is ridiculous. There is not enough room for sales & services for this. Once inside to check in for our appt. for services. When I was call the clerk was very nice and she did apologized for the long wait. The sitting area in not biggest enough even with the 2 areas for the amount of people waiting for their vehicles in service dept. I have to say dealing with numerous dealerships for vehicles, in service dept. or their service area there is no comparison to Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, & Infiniti dealerships.

Made an appointment to get an inspection. Waited 2 1/2 hours. Was impossible to find a parking space so I had a technician help me park the truck. I had my first oil change done in March. I had to return due to a leak in the oil pan. I had to drive for a week with dye in it and return again for them to replace the oil pan . It was a inconvenient situation and could've been avoided. Bill was very helpful at the desk and did all he could to help. Just disappointed that this was my first experience with the service center. I Will not be using Chevy for my maintenance going forward while I have this leased vehicle.

I bought a brand new 2025 Equinox at the end of January. Last week the car overheated on me and shut off. I brought it in to the dealer, and initially was brushed off by service who "didnt have the time" to look at it, telling me I had to come back in the morning. Thankfully, the sales manager asked me on my way out what they said. I dont remember his name, but that was unacceptable to him and brought me back to service with him and instructed someone to pull the codes right away to ensure it wasn't something serious. It was, and I was advised to leave the car as it was not safe to drive. The dealer had my car for a week, which was frustrating. I was able to get a loaner a few days in, which I was thankful for. On the day I was notified that my car was finally ready, I received a notification of a flat tire. I let the advisor know, and when she called me back she said it would be $95 to fix the tire. When I dropped my car off my tires were fine which I let her know, and on the follow up she said no charge. So now brand new car, brand new tires with a patch in it due to the service dept being careless. Overall it was a frustrating experience. No fault to my advisor, Chelsea, she was sweet, but not a great experience overall.

I wasn’t happy that they recommended a service that they had just completed at my last visit. This isn’t a service that needs to be completed often. They had recommended a cabin air filter that had just been changed late last year. Your service department was fine. The problem I have is the expense for doing a transmission filter and fluid change. I was charged $800 plus tax. If I went to an outside service station, I would’ve been charged much much much less. I don’t believe one hours worth of Service not even using a class name Mechanic and the cost of the fluid and filter we equal $800. Is because of these reasons that people don’t go to the dealerships for their service. I will think next time to where I would bring the vehicle.Again your service staff was very polite, courteous friendly, so I give them five stars for that thank you.

I want to start by saying that Chelsea Caruso, who was at the front desk, was absolutely amazing helpful, and went above and beyond. Chevy is lucky to have her! However, I'm very disappointed and feel taken advantage of by the service/manager. I was having problems with my CarPlay and USB port charging back in March. I made the appointment to bring my truck in. I was told to bring it in and they would look at it. I did that, but after waiting for a few hours , I was told that they could not look at my vehicle that day because they did not have enough time . Isn't that the reason why I had an appointment? I understood that things get busy and respectfully agreed. I was asked to make an appointment to bring it back another day . I did that . After looking at my car, I was called and told that there was a little sticky substance left on the part of my USB, which is the reason why it did not work. I was charged a great amount of money which I feel like was a total scam being that my truck was just a year old. I pay a lot of money and I know for sure that I am not the first one that this has happened. Bottom line that it should have been covered. I find myself being taken advantage of. After all of this , my problem was not even resolved. I went to pick up my truck after after almost two weeks of being told it was on back order, to find my CarPlay still did not work. Chelsie tried to help an assistant in every way she could again she was truly amazing.. I was charged over $300 after discount for this and my issue was still not resolved. Arrive picking up my vehicle, I realize that my CarPlay was still not working. Chelsea had called the tech out to help me solve this. It was just a reset on a few buttons that needed to be done. After all of this, there was no reason to have to replace the USB port if it just needed a few button reset. I feel totally taken advantage of, and I'm extremely disappointed in Chevrolet. We have been owners of Chevrolet and many vehicles. This just put a bad taste in my mouth. I hope you can rectify this situation. I have already spoken to the manager Mary, and she basically told me there was nothing she could do other than taking a percentage off. I explained to her that I felt this should have been covered and not a percentage . It's a new vehicle! After speaking to other people who have had simliar issues with other models of cars, this should have been covered. Other dealerships, and other makes and models, , have warranted a faulty, part especially in a brand new vehicle. Knowing that the part that I paid for was not the cause of my car play not working-, and being told the defective part was by fault, is just not right. This is the 3rd Chevy Suburban we have purchased from 112 Chevy. Unfortunately, the 2nd one owe purchased in 2022, the 2023 High Country had the engine seize and we needed to lemon law it. We were reluctant to purchase a suburban again, but couldn't find any other vehicle that fit our needs and was as stylish as the 2025 Premier. Matt, our sales representative, is one of the most cordial and understanding guys to deal with. He is straightforward and doesn't put any pressure on you to purchase a vehicle. On the day of pick up we had to wait for the car, but the Manager, Kevin Koos, and his staff were friendly, kind and I enjoyed the conversations we engaged in to help the wait be enjoyable. Another reason we came back to Chevy 112 is Angela in service. Though the engine issues with the 2023 High Country, she was polite, understanding and worked above and beyond to get the car fixed. After driving the our new suburban for the past week, I am elated that we made this purchase! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

This is my second review in just 2 weeks. My first was 5 stars for fixing a transmission leak on my new Equinox (only 3700 miles). However, I also told them about a loud, deafening noise which I guess they (and I) assumed was related to the transmission leak. After receiving the vehicle back after 4 days, the noise was still there. I did my own research and found that there is a Service Update with the EXACT problem I was having regarding the ANC microphones coming loose. I took it back bringing a printout of the bulletin. I did not get any call by the end of the day (Friday) after leaving a message asking what was going on with my car. On Saturday I got a text saying that it will have to wait until Monday. Luckily, they did finish it late Saturday afternoon before my 300 mile trip I was taking on Tuesday. Unfortunately, the problem STILL exists. I now have to take it to a dealer at my destination to try and solve the problem. They said they reseated ONE of the mics but, evidently, didn't check the other 3. I have done some more research and found someone in a forum stating that their dealer and they did a "forced radio software update". I'm not sure if that is my problem but I would think that the dealer should be aware of these "fixes" rather than me having to do my own research. Needless to say, I am not happy with the results after two visits nor the lack of feedback of the status of my repair. I will be looking for another dealer to do my future services upon my return.

Changed transfer case output seal. Took 1 week to do. Left my 65k truck coated and dripping fluid (never cleaned so never tested to make sure leak was fixed) every one was nice and friendly. Lady who answers the phone has heavy spanish accent and had to repeat my phone number 3-4 times and she got it wrong so i wasn't getting my updates.

Brought my car in for an alignment and a flat repair. I was told I needed an engine air filter which declined. The next day my wife went to drive the car and the tire that was supposed to be fixed was at 23 psi. Took it back to dealer and they fixed the patch. Today I went to change my air filter and when I opened the hood of the car the cover that goes over the radiator was just laying on top of the engine. After I put the cover back in place I went to change the air filter. I found that when they checked my air filter they never screwed the cover back on so my experience was a flat tire that had to be brought back to be fixed properly and 2 covers that were not properly reinstalled after they were removed.

Angela wrote up my car as soon as I arrived, she is a pleasant person to work with, and friendly too. I scheduled my appointment with Chelsea as a wait at 1:20 PM. Within 10 minutes my car was in the shop and being worked on by the best shop technician Mike Kittenbiel. The service was quick, 1st service and a NYS Inspection. With just 3,800 miles on the car, it passed inspection quickly. This is typical of all my service visits to Chevy 112, and that is why I always return there for service and a new lease every 2-3 years. At 92 years of age I appreciate the fast, friendly service. Everything was okay, but for the second time my driver side mat was covered with grease for the mechanics boots and the door handle had grease marks on it, which I later cleaned. The mat was cleaned up some what, but this is annoying to have happen. haven't checked my wheel lug nuts, but not the last time, but the service before, I needed to use a breaker bar and extension pipe to remove several lug nuts and torqued the nuts properly.

I had to return 3 times for the same issue within 2 months and was never offered anything for the inconvenience and issue that should have been addressed the first time. Not even a coupon, free oil change or a complimentary ride to work. Nothing was offered at all. I was told "sorry we don't know where the shuttle is" and the second time I was told "sorry the shuttle doesn't start until 9am" It was very disappointing and I will not be using Chevy for any of my services going forward during my lease unless I have no choice. Bill was a very nice man who was just doing his job but this situation was not OK!!

Drop off is a little confusing because there doesn’t seem to be a designated service area to leave the vehicle. Leased a 2024 Chevy Equinox EV I was told it was cost effective, the level 1 charger is a slow charge but should take overnight and the supercharge station should take 30-40 min. All false info. The level 1 charge took 10 hours to charge 3%. The supercharge station too 1.5 hours to charge 30-40% (depending on station) and cost $84. Very unhappy with this vehicle!

Let me just let you decide how my experience was…. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time which I booked a week before . When I arrived there was no where for me to park as I had to leave my car in the front sales parking lot. I entered and stood on line with no one ahead of me while three people were entering info on the screen and as I was standing there none of them acknowledged me for a full 5 minutes. Not even a hello I’ll be right with you. Next I spoke with the advisor Bill who asked if I would leave the car as he only had two Ev techs. I said no problem. No update from anyone all day till tried to call and was routed through every dealership that is part of the group when I was told someone would call me back. Well guess what no call that day until I called in the morning for and update. After being bounced around again blurb you call center I finally got in touch with Bill who said they didn’t have time to look yesterday but would get me an update later. Good thing I made the appointment and wasn’t waiting for the car on the waiting area. I may have had to bring my pjs and another change of clothes . Well no update on day 2 . Now I have to continue to jockey around with Ubers and borrowing other family members vehicles . Next day I call after the roulette wheel of getting through the call center to finally get told that later that day they should be able to look at it . Boy making that appointment was so important. Good thing I wasn’t just a walk in for my service visit. Again no call so I tried again later to find out that they think they know way was wrong and they will try to order the part and possibly have it the next day. I said great I won’t hold my breath on this one. You think that even one time I would be offered a loaner car nah I’m just a little customer not that important I suppose. I like to have to shell out extra money to put gas in others people’s cars since they are help me out . The next day comes … here it is the part didn’t come and it’s the weekend so they should have it for Monday . Another couple of days to help disrupt my family to help get me to work. Ahh that’s no big deal money is overrated just like what I have experienced this week Well I got the car back about a week later and it seems ok at the moment. Not a I’m sorry it took so long or we cleaned your vehicle or anything. Now maybe if the vehicle was looked at the scheduled day of my appointment most of this could’ve been avoided???? So I’ll let you decide how my service visit was and maybe you should look at what you customers are experiencing Nothing is fabricated in this story and to be honest there are more little thing but I don’t know how much memory this post will let me continue on. This was a routine service because of a faulty issue that was covered and I had to take money out of my pocket to thank people for letting me utilize their cars. Maybe I should forward this to the family that owns this dealership group and ask them their opinion on my service level ?? Maybe it’s an eye opener. Don’t know. Well their is some light at the end of this rant The manager did call me the last day to apologize for my inconveniences and said this should have never happened happened. So when you all figure out how you’ll respond to this survey and I hope you won’t just glaze over it , I would love to hear how you guys are going to win me back as a customer or for even more so what your customers are experiencing .. We brought our 2024 traverse with 3,000 miles on it in bc it seemed to be leaking some type of fluid. My husband brought it in at 730am and was helped by Bill Felice. After not hearing from the dealership for the entire day my husband decided to stop in and find out what was going on. Bill told him that the diagnostic was ran and it was in fact leaking transmission fluid. He informed my husband that they would need to keep the vehicle over the weekend and possibly until Tuesday/Wednesday of the following week. My husband asked for a loaner car since my household uses all of our cars and we need a third vehicle accesible to drop our kids off at school. He was told that they have one loaner vehicle and it had no radio or gps. Being a commuter, I was a little upset about this bc I use both things while driving and to be honest I couldn’t not believe that a dealership this big could only have one loaner available. I asked to speak to the manager. Bill told my husband we could speak to the manager but that she was only going to tell us the same thing. We spoke with Mary Barylski who did in fact tell us the same thing but she was rude and condescending about it. While explaining to us about their loaner car issues she made comments like “idk what words you want me to use” and “it wouldn’t be fair to have you guys skip the line of people waiting for a loaner car for over 2 months” all while we did not ask for any of that information and while we were being kind and just asking for her to listen to our concern. Nonetheless, we were dismissed and we took the only loaner car they had. Monday of the following week I got a call from Bill saying the parts were in and that the technician damaged one of our rims. This was the cherry on top to the negative experience we already had with this service department. While Bill was somewhat kind in his explanation as to what happened and how they would fix it, overall the level of customer service and satisfaction at this dealership is beyond poor. We got our vehicle back and it appears ok, the rim was fixed. Truthfully, because of this experience I can’t help but to not trust that they actually handled my vehicle with care and did the right thing. My vehicle is a lease and this is the closet Chevy to us so I dread and am not at all looking forward to ever having to deal with this terrible team of unprofessionals again.

I dropped my car yhe night before for an appointment. I didnt hear back about my car . I left work at 315 and had to call. They put me on hold for a long time. They said they would call right back. He was going to go in the shop to see what was going on. He never called. I called again at 4:45. Waited again until someone got in touch with the service writer. He got on and said that it needed 3 parts but could come and pick it up. He said he didnt know if the part would be covered and told me I could come back for free coolant until the hose came in.

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a car. I was told my car would come in in one week, and it never did. Was not notified that it wasn’t coming in. Long story short it took a month and a half to finally get my car with me saying what else are you going to offer me? I purchased a car from Kevin and was also working with Kenny. Horrible communication in a month and a half that I was dealing with them. Many promises of phone calls that were not kept. Kenny then worked with Chevrolet to get me something extra for what I had to deal with. They offered me $500 toward service and an extra year of super cruise. Kenny told me that he was going to try and get me more. He was working with Chevrolet, and I was working with Chevrolet upon his advice. last I spoke with him he told me he would call me back within 24 hours. I told him just make it go through already. Never got the call. I then called Chevrolet and gave them my case number, and they investigated what was happening. I told them just give me the $500 and the extra year. They got back to me a couple days later, saying that the dealership is saying they will not give this to me now since I declined it. I never declined it, I was waiting for Kenny to help. I called the dealership today and asked for a manager. He said that there is nothing that they can do for me. He was extremely unconcerned about my circumstance and told me that there was nothing he could do. He told me it was up to Chevrolet. I shared with him the email that I received from Chevrolet saying that the dealership is denying it now. he again told me he cannot help. what I have learned by this experience is that Chevrolet does not care about their customers both at the dealership, and Chevrolet itself. I will do everything I can to redirect customers to other dealerships. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to do the right thing and help one of your customers. My car was done on time as promised. one suggestion however, when I arrived, the woman who was checking people in, was called away from the desk. Seems she was trying to help several people. There was a man sitting at a desk, on a computer. I'm sure he was doing something essential. However. he seemed to be going out of his way to ignore me standing at the counter. a simple "someone will be with you soon" would have made me feel a whole lot better. As someone who was in customer service for many years, this is something I stressed to my sales staff. It makes people feel recognized and appreciated.

Dropped off my car at 8am on 1/2/26, no one called me all day. I called at 4:30pm and they said diagnostic testing was being done to see why the check-engine light had come on. My tire rotation and oil change were promised to be done first thing the next morning. The next day I never heard from anyone all day, so I called about an hour before closing for an update and they said diagnostic testing couldn’t be done because they didn’t have the proper staffing…? Obviously no one communicates because that was supposedly done the day prior and I was just waiting on the oil change and tire rotation. So they said it would be done at 4:30 that day, and it was finally was. So ridiculous. Never thought I would be without my car for so long.

Bought my truck in March of 2025. Had nothing but problems with the radio from the start. Didn’t bring it in sooner because I was told often times you people make it worse. I traded my Chevrolet Colorado less than a week later for a Honda Pilot. Never had a a Chevy before and never will again.
